Rep. John Blust

Ex Officio, NC House

John Blust currently serves in the North Carolina House of Representatives, bringing decades of legal, legislative, and military experience to the people of Guilford County. A Greensboro native, John has represented his community in the General Assembly for over a decade, including nine prior terms in the House and one in the Senate.

A practicing attorney and CPA, John focuses on business, tax, and estate law. He is also a U.S. Army veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne and along the Korean DMZ. John is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and the UNC School of Law, and remains active in his church and community. He and his wife Maria live in Greensboro with their daughter, Barbara.
